个人简介
王志强，男，工学博士，硕士生导师，主要从事轮轨关系、轨道车辆动力学方面的研究工作。入职以来，主持国家重点实验室自选课题项目，参与国家自然科学基金项目、河北省自然科学基金项目等。以第一作者在《Vehicle System Dynamics》、《Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering》等期刊发表论文数篇，担任多个国内外学术期刊的审稿人。
主要研究方向：轮轨关系、钢轨波磨、可靠性分析
